Services
Enso House offers its facilities and expertise to serve an aging population on Whidbey Island:
- Affordable short-term accommodations: private bedrooms, shared kitchen and living space for caregivers who need housing separate from their clients.
- Educational workshops and courses that address the many facets of aging and caregiving.
- Respite day-space for caregivers and families, who need a quiet time, nurturing food, a listening ear.
- Personal retreat space and time to rest, replenish, and be renewed in the Zen-quiet of Tahoma Monastery.*
- Community events hosted by collaborative groups in support of community wellness.
* As part of the Enso House 2024 renewal, we will be offering Caregiver Retreats at Tahoma Zen Monastery. These day-long retreats are designed for relaxation, replenishment, and a simple pause in hectic caregiving schedules. We come together as a group to share and connect, breathe and relax, and build community and personal resiliency so that family and friends may remain fully involved with those for whom you care.
